1. What this notice covers

This notice covers this website only: its pages, its blog, its feeds and its film. For visitors in Türkiye it is also the information text required by Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).

The Lullia app is a separate product and will have its own privacy notice. Statements on this website about how the app handles data describe the app, not this website.

We do not ask for your name, and we do not build a profile of you.

4. Cookies and browser storage

The site’s own code sets no cookies.

When you choose a region, the site saves one item in your browser’s local storage, under the name lullia-landing-region. It holds two letters. It is not sent to us, and you can remove it by clearing the site’s data in your browser.

Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies or browser storage.

5. Legal bases

For visitors in Türkiye, we rely on Article 5(2)(f) of the KVKK: processing that is necessary for our legitimate interests, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.

For visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, we rely on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR and of the UK GDPR: our legitimate interest in running a secure website and understanding, in aggregate, how it is used.

For email you send us, the basis is the same legitimate interest in answering you.

6. Who receives data, and transfers abroad

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website and, when statistics are switched on, provides them. Cloudflare operates a global network, so your request may be handled outside the country you are in, including outside Türkiye, the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

7. How long data is kept

We keep no server logs of our own for this website. Cloudflare keeps its own records under its own policies.

Email is kept for as long as it takes to answer you and to keep a record of the exchange.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to access it, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to its processing, and to complain to a data protection authority.

• In Türkiye, your rights are set out in Article 11 of the KVKK. You can apply to us in writing or by email, and complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).
• In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, your rights are set out in Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR and the UK GDPR. You can complain to your local authority; in the UK that is the Information Commissioner’s Office.
• In Canada, you can ask us for access and correction, and complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
• In the United States, some states give residents rights of access, correction and deletion. We do not sell personal data or share it for targeted advertising.
